These "Terms and Conditions" may be modified at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Allen's Offroad.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - ORDERSAllen's Offroad will no longer accept international orders through the website. Well will also no longer be accepting Non-US issued Credit Cards. Bank wire transfers will be the only acceptable method of payment for these types of transactions. Customers must contact us directly to make a purchase.
We accept the following payments: US issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, money orders, cashier’s checks, company checks and personal checks. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check (once verified). For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. A $35 fee is charged on all returned checks.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Allen's Offroad reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Any declined or altered order will have the balance refunded and the customer shall be notified through whatever personal information was collected during the original checkout process. This may include email address, physical address or phone number.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Allen's Offroad signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site or Terms and Conditions at any time. Allen's Offroad reserves the right to refuse services, and/or to sell products, to anyone at anytime at our sole discretion.
All warranties for products purchased from Allen's Offroad carry a manufacture warranty only. All claims are with the manufacture of the product purchased. Allen's Offroad will make every effort to facilitate any warranty claims between you, our customer, and the manufacture. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacture to decide how to handle a warranty claim based on their publicised warranty terms and conditions. Allen's Offroad does not claim to make or have any decission maiking power over any manufacture's warranty policies or proceedures.
Allen's Offroad shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes, surcharges, duties, or importation fees, any other charges beyond the control of Allen's Offroad to collect and distribute to the requiring parties.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Allen's Offroad shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Allen's Offroad shall have the right to refuse, or cancel, any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Allen's Offroad shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price at which you purchased. In the event your product is to be custom built/configured, and the PO has been placed with the mfg, you wil be charged a 25% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund amount.
Every effort is made to ship orders in a manner that will protect the products being shipped. Some products are not package due to their size, shape, or weight. Allen's Offroad is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. If you have received an order that has been damaged in shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier. Allen's Offroad is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
We stand behind the products, services, manufactures, and our customer service 100%. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply call or email within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we and will issue you a refund. All returns be returned within 15 days of receiving the order. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No refund or exchanges beyond 15 days. All standard shipping charges will apply for exchanges re-shipped to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees for any non-defective products. Please note: Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items returned that are customer damaged, previously installed, not in the original packaging (must be reboxed for sale again at customer's expense), or defective due to customer negligence, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Product fitment is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless being installed by Allen's Offroad or one of our agents. Vehicle damage or manufacturing variances can effect product fitment and are not the responsibility of Allen's Offroad.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless you received a different item than what you were invoiced for. Allen's Offroad is not responsible for damages, losses, or breakage during return shipments. Customer must use a traceable or trackable shipping method, and is 100% responsible for the safe return of any product. Allen's Offroad has the right to refuse damaged returned goods. We also have the right to return damaged goods back to the customer without a product refund at our discretion. A traceable or trackable shipping method must be used to guarantee full credit of return. Allen's Offroad is not responsible for lost returns. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Call tags for warranted products will not be issued after the first 30 days from date of invoice. All warranty claims after the first 30 days will be subject to a call tag fee (varies with product), or the customer is responsible for the shipping cost as described above.
